COMPANY SUMMARY

Mocama Marine LLC (“Mocama” or “Company”) is a manufacturer of two premier boat brands including : Action Craft (a revered brand of flats boats and bay boats) and Southwind (a premium brand of high-quality deck boats).

JOB SUMMARY

The Boat Builder / Assembler is responsible for a variety of sub-assembly and assembly tasks including, but not limited to, assembly of different components of the deck / hull area, glassing, deck hardware installation, bilge system work, etc.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performs a variety of sub-assembly and assembly tasks.
• Duties and functions may include : glassing, installing hardware, bilge system work, assembly of different aspects of the deck / hull areas, cabinet fitting, outboard motor installation, rigging and electronics installation, troubleshooting & diagnostics.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Candidate should have some tools and have a working knowledge of basic carpentry, mechanical, plumbing, and electric.
