What You'll Do : Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order at the location. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the business premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns. Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents in accordance with Allied Universal protocols. Collaborate with site personnel and local authorities as required to address security-related matters. Maintain detailed and accurate logs of patrols, incidents, and other relevant activities as directed by site management. Minimum Requirements : Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
