Level 1 Trauma Center (269 beds)

Dates Needed : Aug 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 18, 19, 30, 31

Position Details :

Setting : Trauma service with dual-boarded critical care trauma surgeons

Patient Volume : adult patients / day

Patient Mix : Surgical trauma ICU + general trauma

EMR : Cerner

Requirements :

Certification : Board Certified Acute Care APP

Licensure : Active AZ license + DEA (CSR not required)

Experience : Minimum 2 years in trauma / acute care

Certs : ATLS required

Credentialing : 30 days
