Are you a passionate culinary leader with a refined palate and a commitment to excellence? [Insert Club Name], a prestigious private club known for its elevated dining and exceptional service, is seeking a talented Executive Chef to lead our culinary team.

Position Overview

The Executive Chef is responsible for all culinary operations of the club, including a la carte dining, banquets, and special events. This individual will oversee menu development, kitchen staff management, food and labor cost control, and ensure a consistently high level of food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the culinary team in daily operations and long-term strategy
• Develop seasonal and member-focused menus for multiple dining outlets and events
• Execute high-volume banquet and catering services with precision and creativity
• Manage food and labor costs to meet budgetary goals
• Uphold the highest standards in sanitation, safety, and kitchen organization
• Collaborate with the General Manager and FOH leaders to deliver a top-tier member experience
