Join our dedicated team as a Licensed Vocational Nurse where you will provide exceptional care to clinic patients under the supervision of physicians or registered nurses. Your role will be pivotal in delivering high-quality medical care and ensuring a smooth, efficient patient experience.

Responsibilities :

• Perform essential patient care duties under physician direction including obtaining vital signs, weighing patients, and collecting specimens, including phlebotomy when applicable.
• Assist providers during examinations, treatments, and various procedures, ensuring patient flow is managed effectively.
• Handle phone communications professionally, recording messages and aiding providers with patient-related inquiries.
• Coordinate scheduling of test appointments, results retrieval, and pre-certifications for diagnostic procedures.
• Accurately document all patient-related information, ensuring clear and concise record-keeping.
• Support providers in medication refills, streamlining the process for optimal patient care.
• Administer medications and immunizations following provider orders, adhering to safety protocols.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in exam rooms and equipment, following established procedures for stock supply management.
• Conduct routine clerical tasks such as locating patient charts, filing documents, and completing necessary forms.
• Participate in required meetings and training sessions, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
