Senior Product Manger

Overview

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Product Manager to join our team! This individual will work directly with senior business leaders and other senior technical directors supporting the High Consequence Missions Sector. You'll interface across multiple cross discipline teams to develop key technologies, integrate and shape solutions for our entire Defense and Intelligence business, and support the creation of new products and strategies to enhance our national security portfolio. This position will be local hybrid in Centreville, VA.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product roadmap for network devices and security appliances, ensuring alignment with company goals and market demands.
• Develop detailed product specifications, use cases, and feature prioritization in collaboration with engineering and design teams.
• Oversee supply chain and manufacturing processes to ensure timely delivery of high-quality hardware products.
• Collaborate with operations teams to optimize logistics, inventory management, and production schedules.
• Identify and mitigate risks in the hardware development lifecycle, including component shortages and production delays.
• Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, subcontractors, and business development, to deliver products on time and within budget.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment across teams.
• Engage directly with customers to gather feedback, understand pain points, and ensure product satisfaction.
• Monitor product performance and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Security Clearance Requirement

An active Top Secret security clearance is required for this position. This position is part of our Federal Solutions team. Salary Range : $144,800.00 - $260,600.00
