JOB SUMMARY

The Materials Manager will lead the Supply Chain within Cresco's Massachusetts operations with responsibilities for the overall control and movement of materials, including planning, procurement, storage, distribution, scheduling, and inventory of raw materials and finished good products. The role manages key contributors of Purchasing, Inventory Control, and receiving

CORE JOB DUTIES

Planning

• Responsible for collaboration and adherence of Sales, Inventory, and Operations (SIOP) Planning. Ensures optimized material planning, enables production schedules, coordination of the sales and operations planning efforts, and, as needed, initiates the necessary steps to maintain conformity with schedules.
• Leads Lean material flow and inventory management initiatives in a proactive manner. Establishes methodologies to identify and maintain inventory levels that ensure customer satisfaction and security of supply while optimizing cash flow.
• Responsible for Plan for Every Part (PFEP) strategy and implementation of systems to ensure alignment of regular material analyses, the Kanban Material System, and the Production Plan.
• Participate in network inventory management, including product lifecycle, turns, aging stock, redesign impacts, and obsolescence

In accordance with any local and state compensation laws, the compensation listed is the current estimated range for the position. Final offer details and future compensation may be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to, geographic location, market compensation data, skills, experience, and other relevant factors. Pay Range

$70,000—$80,000 USD
