We’re partnering with experienced healthcare professionals to ensure what we build truly reflects the realities of long-term and post-acute care environments.

Role Overview : We’re looking for a Skilled Nurse (RN preferred) to work with our team as a consultant . Your role will be to share your real-world nursing experience and help us accurately capture how nurses document, prioritize, and manage patient care in long term post acute care settings.

Your insights will help us build tools that genuinely ease the documentation burden and improve communication across the care team.

Key Responsibilities

Describe and review everyday nursing workflows including documentation, medication administration, assessments, handoffs, and reporting.

Provide practical feedback on how automation could reduce repetitive steps or streamline communication between teams.

Help translate clinical routines and terminology into clear, usable formats for training and reference.

Review and refine workflow charts, care templates, and SOP drafts to ensure they mirror bedside realities.

Participate in short virtual discussions to share insights and suggestions.

Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 3 years of clinical experience in Skilled Nursing

Strong understanding of care delivery, patient documentation, and teamwork across departments.

Clear communicator, able to explain “how things really work” on the floor.

Familiarity with electronic charting systems (Epic, Cerner, PointClickCare, etc.) preferred but not required.

Available for flexible consulting hours (5–10 per week).
