This role involves assessing patient health conditions, monitoring cardiac telemetry data, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to manage diverse patient needs. The position requires strong clinical skills in med-surg and telemetry nursing, critical thinking abilities, excellent communication, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and professional ethics.
