Job Description SAP Service Management / Warranty Management Consultant 10+ years of SAP experience with at least 4+ years in Service Management (CS / SM) and Warranty Management. Hands-on expertise in configuring service notifications, service orders, warranty claims, and returns processing. Strong understanding of integration with logistics and finance components. Experience in S / 4HANA Service Management or SAP Customer Service (CS) modules. Exposure to SAP CRM Service or SAP FSM (Field Service Management) is a plus. Excellent communication, client-facing, and documentation skills. SAP Certification in Service Management or S / 4HANA Service. Experience working with automotive, manufacturing, or industrial clients. Experience Vehicle Management System (VMS) is preferred. Knowledge of SAP BRIM or Service Cloud is advantageous.
