As a director of operations, you will plan, direct, coordinate, and evaluate the daily operations to ensure adherence to federal and state regulations, organizational policies and procedures, and established goals / budgets. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for your assigned branch’s financial success and serve as a driving force for growth by active involvement in sales and marketing activities.
