The Pantry Cook will be responsible for preparing and organizing ingredients for use in salads, appetizers and other cold dishes. The Pantry Cook will work in a fast-paced environment and must have excellent knife skills and attention to detail.
Duties / Responsibilities :
Prepare dressings, sauces, and other condiments.Wash, chop, and prepare ingredients for salads and other cold dishes.Plate and garnish dishes.Manage inventory and restock pantry supplies.Ensure quality and freshness of ingredients.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Follow food safety and sanitation standards.Required Skills / Abilities :
Proven experience as a Pantry Cook or similar role.Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils.Excellent knife skills and attention to detail.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Good verbal communication skills.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.Physical Requirements :
Prolonged periods standing and preparing food.Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.Supervisory Responsibilities :
