About the Role

Shape the future of AI in Computational Physics! As an AI Tutor, you will educate and refine AI models using RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback) techniques, leveraging your expertise in computational physics. This role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to directly impact AI advancements in Physics.

Your Day-to-Day

• Teaching : Develop clear explanations and examples to enhance AI understanding of computational physics concepts.
• Evaluation : Assess AI performance with tests challenging their problem-solving capabilities.
• Red Teaming : Identify and address biases, limitations, or inaccuracies in AI models.
• Collaboration : Work with AI researchers and engineers to improve training methodologies and model capabilities.

About You

Alignerr values pay parity and transparent compensation. The hourly rate for US-based candidates ranges from $15 to $150, depending on skills, experience, and location.
