• The Filler Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring filling equipment to ensure efficient, accurate, and safe filling of food products. This role plays a key part in keeping our production line running smoothly and maintaining our commitment to high-quality standards.
• Key Responsibilities :
• Operate, monitor, and adjust filling machines to meet production schedules and quality standards
• Ensure proper setup, calibration, and cleaning of equipment before and after production runs
• Perform regular quality checks, including weight, seal integrity, and labeling accuracy
• Identify and troubleshoot minor equipment issues and escalate as needed
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and food safety procedures in a GMP-compliant environment
• Complete production documentation accurately and on time
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth production flow
