A company is looking for a Collections Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of accounts, overseeing outreach, collections, and account health
Proactively contact customers to resolve past-due balances while maintaining relationships
Review and reconcile account discrepancies, and negotiate payment solutions
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of B2B collections experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Highly organized self-starter capable of managing responsibilities independently
Quick learner who can adapt to varying client processes and requirements
Experience with Workday financial systems and Vendor Management Systems (VMS) is preferred
