Job Title : Welder

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our dynamic production team on a Swing Shift schedule, working four days a week with a 15% shift pay differential. In this role, you will fabricate stainless steel equipment used in food processing by interpreting blueprints and welding assemblies with precision and care.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and weld stainless steel parts using MIG, TIG, and TIP / TIG techniques.
• Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Utilize fixtures, templates, and guides to ensure accurate fabrication.
• Operate gas torches, plasma cutters, overhead cranes, and pneumatic tools.
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Work Environment

This position is based in a manufacturing environment, utilizing a variety of tools and equipment such as gas torches, plasma cutters, overhead cranes, and pneumatic tools. The role requires adherence to safety standards and efficient production processes.

This is a Permanent position based out of Walla Walla, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $43000.00 / yr.
