Position Title : Afterhours Talent Consultant
Work Set-up : Work from Home
Schedule : 2 : 00 AM 11 : 00 AM / 1 : 30 PM 10 : 30 PM (Shifting Schedule)
Salary : Php 25,000
The Afterhours Talent Consultant will play a critical role in supporting the Recruitment Teams by identifying, engaging, and shortlisting top-tier talent for our clients. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, an understanding of the recruitment process, and a passion for connecting the right people with the right opportunities.
Job Objectives
Act as the point of contact for the Company division after hours.
Respond to all calls and emails received after hours.
Maintain a consistent conversion rate for all jobs.
Meet individual OKRs and maximize candidate conversion.
Ensure an efficient CV send time.
Consistently achieve positive customer service feedback.
Collaborate with recruitment teams to drive increased revenue.

Qualifications
College graduate of any 4-year course
Experience in a recruitment agency environment with a focus on resourcing or sourcing is highly desirable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Proactive and results-driven.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
Adaptable and thrives in a dynamic environment.
A team player with a collaborative approach.
