Family Medicine physician job in Connecticut : Large regional health system has Primary Care positions throughout the state of Connecticut. You have the option to see adults only or a mixture of Pediatrics and adults. No weekends, no evenings.  4 day work week options.  Hospital Employee, Outpatient only.  100% outpatient clinic based.  Full-time (36 clinical hours per week), 4 hours admin.  Phone call only (1 : 20-25).  Precepting opportunities available.  Faculty appointment at select sites.  Locations throughout CT, all multi-provider, most multi-specialty sites.  Assigned Call with Negotiable Call Ratio.   Annual Salary.  WRVU production incentives.  Signing Bonus possible, contact us for details.  Relocation Bonus possible.  CME time available.  Up to 4 weeks of PTO available.  EPIC in use for EMR.
