Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A school-based BCBA is needed to support K-12 students in Liberty, MO, on a contract from December 15, 2025, to May 22, 2026. This full-time (35 hours per week), onsite position involves working closely with educators, paraprofessionals, and RBTs to enhance behavioral supports and intervention programs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Model and train staff on effective intervention strategies.
• Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and observe students and classrooms to recommend appropriate behavioral plans and environmental adjustments.
• Collaborate with district personnel and education professionals to support program development and coordinate service delivery.
• Research and implement evidence-based practices related to behavior and learning.
• Evaluate programs and trainings to ensure they meet goals and improve student outcomes.
• Organize schedules to address multiple student needs and manage data collection and analysis systems.
• Prepare reports, training materials, and maintain electronic records in accordance with guidelines.
