Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A school-based BCBA is needed to support K-12 students in Liberty, MO, on a contract from December 15, 2025, to May 22, 2026. This full-time (35 hours per week), onsite position involves working closely with educators, paraprofessionals, and RBTs to enhance behavioral supports and intervention programs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
- Model and train staff on effective intervention strategies.
- Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and observe students and classrooms to recommend appropriate behavioral plans and environmental adjustments.
- Collaborate with district personnel and education professionals to support program development and coordinate service delivery.
- Research and implement evidence-based practices related to behavior and learning.
- Evaluate programs and trainings to ensure they meet goals and improve student outcomes.
- Organize schedules to address multiple student needs and manage data collection and analysis systems.
- Prepare reports, training materials, and maintain electronic records in accordance with guidelines.
Qualifications :
Licensed BCBA credential required.Completion of a supervision course for overseeing RBTs.Proven ability in assessment, program development, and behavioral intervention within educational settings.Strong collaboration and communication skills to engage with educators and administrators.Experience managing multiple priorities and data-driven decision-making.Location : Liberty, MO (onsite only)Position Type : Contract, School Year (CSY)
