Full Charge Bookkeeper / Accountant

Position Overview

Ledgent Finance & Accounting's is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper / Accountant to join their team in Deerfield Beach, Florida. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple accounting tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of financial statements ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with internal and external audit teams to ensure financial integrity.
• Apply and adhere to GAAP standards in all financial operations.
• Manage fixed assets and ensure inventory records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Participate in forecasting budgets and financial planning.
• Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.
• Assist in the preparation of annual reports and other financial documentation.

The position requires availability from Monday to Friday during regular business hours.
