YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You administer and maintain partner loyalty partnership documentation, benefit matrices, and operational workflows.
• You coordinate with internal departments (e.g., IT, Marketing, Customer Service, Legal) to ensure SIXT benefits are implemented and communicated effectively in partner channels.

You liase with Global B2P team on technical integration projects between SIXT and strategic partners, including timelines, testing, and go-live coordination to ensure smooth data and system flows

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

Experience  You have 3+ years of experience in project management, partnerships, or loyalty program operations, preferably in the mobility, travel, or hospitality industry.

Education  You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field (PMP certification preferred) and are authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Technical Proficiency  You are proficient with CRM systems, loyalty platforms, data integration processes, and tools such as Excel, Power BI, Confluence, and Jira.

Soft Skills  You demonstrate strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, and can manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.

Commitment to Excellence  You are detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of streamlining complex operational processes to drive results.

Travel  You are flexible and willing to travel within the designated territory when required.
