Job Title : House Supervisor | Nurse Supervisor

Locations : Duluth, GA

Duration : 3 Months+ (Possible Extension)

Shift : Evening shift - Two 3 pm – 12 am shifts, two 11 am – 12 am shifts, rotating weekends / holidays

Job Responsibilities :

• House Supervisor- National Care Coordination Command Center.
• Supervises and coordinates daily activities of designated work team or unit by monitoring the execution and completion of tactical action items and work assignments.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed.
• Align team efforts and standards and measures progress in achieving results.
• Supervise hospital functions to support patient care by facilitating team meetings and or management decisions and identifying action items.
• Ensure safe quality and standardized care delivery.
• Will initially support GA project. Will grow to support Mid-Atlantic and Colorado regions.
