Hospital system looking to bring on Market Director Physician Practice!

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, Director is responsible for the overall administration and operations in conjunction with hospital leadership, including strategy development, planning, execution, and performance of our practices and associated service lines. Ensures alignment of physician services with the hospital’s mission, vision, and core values :

• Master’s degree in health or business administration preferred.
• 3+ years of progressive practice management experience to include : financial, human resource and operational management, and a sound understanding of ambulatory care.
• 3+ years of progressive physician practice management or related health care management.
• Ability to write a business plan, perform a SWOT analysis, and understand the financial statements and develop proforma’s.
• Certifications valued : CPPS, CMPE
• Strong understanding and experience working in a matrix organization and leading by influence.
