This role supports evening clients with working hours between 11 : 00 AM - 8 : 00 PM M-F

• A competitive base salary between $90,000 - $100,000 / year depending on experience and licensure

The Purpose of Your Role

The Clinician supports and ensures the IOP team and clients function safely, effectively, and efficiently to promote the best quality and output standards. They support specific department task completion, communication, conflict resolution, critical thinking, and time and priority management. They collaborate with the team to ensure the maintenance of treatment fidelity, company policy and procedure, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a team player, who is open to feedback, willing to take initiative to learn specialized treatment, and is not afraid to fail.
