Product Manager / Owner

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager / Product Owner with 10+ years of experience in IT and digital product development. This individual will act as the key bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, owning the product vision, strategy, and execution lifecycle. The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience in Agile environments to deliver scalable, high-value solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Vision : Define product strategy aligned with business objectives, market trends, and customer needs.
• Backlog Ownership : Prioritize features, user stories, and enhancements, ensuring clarity and value delivery for development teams.
• Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with executives, business units, and external partners to align priorities and manage expectations.
• Product Planning & Performance Insights Leading the development of product roadmaps while interpreting OKRs and KPIs to generate actionable insights that guide planning and strategic decision-making.
• Execution & Delivery : Lead Agile ceremonies, guide cross-functional teams, and ensure timely product delivery with measurable outcomes.
• Market & User Insights : Conduct competitive analysis, gather customer feedback, and leverage data to inform decision-making.
• Leadership : Mentor junior product managers / owners, champion best practices, and foster a culture of product excellence.
• Consulting Dimension (if freelance) : Quickly assess organizational context, adapt to existing frameworks, and provide strategic recommendations to maximize product value.
