KWFS - Project Controls Analyst

The Project Controls Analyst will support project management through cost control, scheduling, and reporting. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and a passion for the construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules using industry-standard software.
• Monitor project costs and budgets, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Prepare regular project status reports, including cost and schedule performance.
• Analyze project data to identify trends and potential issues.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Assist in the preparation of project forecasts and financial reports.
• Support the development and implementation of project controls procedures and best practices.
• Participate in project meetings and provide insight on project performance.
