LocumJobsOnline is working with Wellhart, LLC to find a qualified Anesthesiology CRNA in Quincy, Illinois, 62301!

About The Position

We are seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist specializing in Anesthesiology for a 120-day locum tenens assignment in Illinois. This position starts Dec 1, 2025, with a Monday through Friday schedule, 7 : 00 am to 3 : 30 pm, no call and no weekends. The assignment serves as a working interview, with the potential to transition to a permanent role based on mutual fit.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide anesthesia care for a range of surgical cases, including orthopedics, low-acuity pediatrics, trauma, neurosurgery, plastics, obstetrics, general surgery, ENT, endoscopies, total joint procedures, and urology / cystoscopies
  • Collaborate with physicians who perform all blocks and cardiac cases
  • Deliver anesthesia services to patients of all ages, excluding high-acuity pediatric, PICU, and NICU cases (such patients are transported if needed)
  • Adapt to departmental needs and maintain flexibility with clinical assignments
  • Clearly communicate areas of proficiency and willingness to develop new skills as needed
  • Participate as part of a multidisciplinary care team to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes
  • Additional Information

  • Board Certification : NBCRNA required
  • Open to new graduates
  • Illinois license required (licensure process may add 5-6 months to start date if not already licensed)
  • Must be willing to consider permanent employment if assignment is a mutual fit
