• 24 hour call coverage 7am - 7am
• Call averages 3 surgeries per week
• Scheduled 1 surgery per day
• Bread and butter general surgery procedures required
• Upper and lower endoscopy procedures required
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
