About The Position

Job Title : Registered Nurse

Hours per Shift : 10 hours

Experience :

Minimum of 18 months recent CVOR experience.

Open Heart and Vascular experience is preferred.

Must have 18 months permanent CVOR experience prior to travel.

Prefer candidates with Scrub and Circulate experience.

License :

Must possess a valid Ohio nursing license.

Compact licenses accepted for appropriate starts.

Certifications :

Required certifications must be active with nothing pending.

Must-Have :

One recent reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required to qualify for submission.

ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessments must be completed during orientation with acceptable scores on both assessments.

Traveler must work at least every other holiday.

Description :

This position requires a dedicated Registered Nurse skilled in Cardiac Vascular Operating Room (CVOR) practices.

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in the CVOR environment.

A strong foundation in both surgical scrubbing and circulating within the operating room is preferred.

This role necessitates excellent attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.

Candidates with a background in patient care, particularly related to open-heart and vascular surgeries, will be prioritized.

All state-specific regulations and licensure requirements must be met to ensure compliance.
