Key Responsibilities
Execute HR programs and processes, ensuring compliance and a strong employee experience
Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries and support
Maintain HR systems and documentation, ensuring accuracy and audit readiness
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
2-4 years of Human Resources experience with demonstrated growth
SHRM-CP or PHR certification (or actively pursuing)
Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws
Process-minded approach with an interest in improving HR documentation and structure
