As a Sales Specialist, you’ll play a key role in growing our business by engaging with homeowners, scheduling consultations, and uncovering new sales opportunities. Your ability to communicate effectively, listen actively, and deliver exceptional service will set you apart.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Sales Growth : Make outbound calls to existing customers to schedule appointments and promote additional products.
  • Generate Referrals : Build trust and rapport to encourage referrals and repeat business.
  • Collaborate for Success : Partner with Inside Sales Coaches and Customer Relations Leads to resolve challenges and maximize results.
  • Hit Your Targets : Meet and exceed daily call and appointment-setting goals.
  • Stay Organized : Accurately enter data and manage multiple priorities with ease.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Proven ability to meet performance goals in a fast-paced environment.
  • Resilience and adaptability to thrive in changing situations.
  • Ability to work independently and as an active team member.
  • Minimum 2 years of Call Center or Sales experience.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
