Job Title : Outpatient Family Medicine / Internal Medicine Physician

Location : Lake Charles, LA

Compensation :

• Base Salary : Starting at $235,000 annually
• Sign-On Bonus : $25,000
• Relocation Bonus : $15,000
• Quality Bonus : Up to $5,000 per quarter

Job Summary :

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Outpatient Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join our healthcare team in Lake Charles, LA. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a state-of-the-art outpatient clinic. Key Responsibilities :

Patient Care :

Deliver comprehensive outpatient care to a diverse patient population, including preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute care.

Collaboration :

Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, medical assistants, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure continuity of care.

Quality Improvement :

Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and clinic efficiency.

Documentation & Compliance :

Maintain accurate and thorough electronic medical records (EMR) for all patient interactions.

Community Involvement :

Engage with the local community to promote health and wellness.
