About The Position

Job Title : Registered Nurse

Shift : Night

Hours per Shift : 12 hours

Experience : Minimum of 1 year of full-time medical surgical experience

License : Valid RN license required

Certifications : BLS required

Must-Have : Ability to float to like units as needed

Description :

Med / Surg Nights available.

Option for 36 or 48 hours per week.

This unit welcomes first-time travelers.

All applicants must have a minimum of 1 year of full-time medical surgical work experience.

Scrub color : any color, no logos.

Float required to like units or assist in unlike units.

Every other weekend coverage is expected.

Patient ratios : 6 patients per nurse.

Charting system experience required : Must have experience using Epic.

Daily census on the unit is 24 patients.

Travelers should be willing to adapt to unit needs.

Brief orientation will be provided on the unit.

Modules will be completed onsite during orientation, and all hours are billable.

Typical module completion time for RNs is between 4-6 hours.
