Qualifications

Education :

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field.

A master’s degree or additional certifications in design management or leadership can be beneficial.

Experience :

Several years of professional graphic design experience (typically 5+ years), with a proven track record of successful projects.

Experience in a leadership or managerial role is often required.

Certifications :

Relevant certifications in design software (e.g., Adobe Certified Expert).

Certifications in project management or UX / UI design can also enhance credibility.
