Patient Volume : 12-14

Patient Demographics : 16+ yrs old

Support Staff : For each procedure, there will be 1 Surg Tech, 1 SPD Tech & 1 CRNA.

Physician in Practice : 1 in procedure room with CRNA.

Case Mix : Complete Ortho, Head Spine, Pediatric & Regional.

Required Procedures :

Perform Colonoscopies & Endoscopies & a combination of both during 1 procedure.

General Anesthesia : Adult, Pediatric

Spinal Anesthesia, Regional Anesthesia Surgery, Neurological Cases (Spine), Complex orthopedic cases.

Pain mgmt techniques, Post-op extremity blocks, Use of x-ray guidance in performance of blocks & Ventilation mgmt.

EMR : Cerner

No. of OR : 1

Other Info :

Advance equipment is the ability to intubate a patient if needed; No other emergency mgmt equipment.

Would stabilize & immediately transport patient to our local hospital across the street from the center.

Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements : Active DE License

BC / BE

BLS, ACLS, PALS
