Job descriptionAssist the Director of Therapy Operations with daily management of the therapy team, including supervising therapist assistants and technicians, staffing, scheduling, orientation, and training to ensure adequate patient treatment coverage. Maintain strong communication and collaboration with hospital departments to meet the needs of patients, staff, and the facility. The Occupational Therapist will provide direct patient care within the licensed discipline, typically accounting for 80% to 90% of work time.
