As a Precision Primary Care Provider , you’ll be at the forefront of this transformation—using genetic insights to guide treatment decisions, optimize outcomes, and deliver truly individualized care.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients of all ages, providing comprehensive, whole-person care.
- Conduct detailed physical exams and diagnostic assessments informed by both clinical presentation and genomic insights.
- Develop personalized care plans addressing prevention, chronic disease, and acute needs—leveraging pharmacogenomic data to optimize medication safety and efficacy.
- Use secure, HIPAA-compliant technology to document visits and provide evidence-based recommendations.
- Collaborate with specialists across cardiology, psychiatry, endocrinology, and other disciplines to ensure coordinated, precision-guided care.
- Educate patients on preventive health, lifestyle, and the genetic factors influencing their treatment response.
- Stay current with advances in clinical pharmacogenomics, precision medicine, and primary care innovation .
Basic Qualifications
Active license (or eligibility) to practice as a Primary Care Provider (MD, DO, NP, or PA) in Arizona.Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related specialty.Strong familiarity with pharmacogenomics and enthusiasm for integrating genetic insights into clinical decision-making.Proficiency with EHR / EMR systems and comfort adopting innovative precision-care technologies.Preferred Qualifications
Experience with diverse patient populations, including geriatrics, pediatrics, and chronic care management.Knowledge of personalized medicine, clinical pharmacology, and PGx-guided prescribing.Competence in acute care management, including airway and IV therapy.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered philosophy.Interest in innovation, community health, and practice growth.Why Join Kohif TailorHealth
