Job description

A company is looking for a Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster to handle complex indemnity claims on a temporary basis.

Key Responsibilities

Adjudicate higher complexity workers' compensation claims with direct departmental impact

Investigate claims thoroughly, including interviews and analysis of relevant documents

Prepare reports and negotiate settlements while managing claims in litigation

Required Qualifications

Minimum of five years' experience in adjudicating workers' compensation claims in specified jurisdictions

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience

Licensure required in FL, RI, or TX

Proficient in MS Office Suite and other business-related software

Must demonstrate a desire for continued professional development
