Client Solutions And Delivery Manager
As a Client Solutions and Delivery Manager you will own the entire customer implementation journey for new products and services in the treasury management space. The manager will be responsible for client success from the first engagement through go live, warranty, and then transition the client to BAU support. In this role you are the single accountable leader who orchestrates discovery, design, build / integration, testing, deployment, and stabilization for our clients across the treasury management portfolio with a focus on API, SFTP, and online experiences. This is a client facing, technically fluent, execution obsessed role. You'll partner with Relationship / Treasury Management, Product, Ops, and Technology as a consultant and technical integrator to help clients understand the realm of the possible, making the right solution choices (APIs vs SFTP vs portal), and driving crisp timelines and outcomes. In addition to client implementation execution, you will need to innovate how we deliver services to our clients. This will include training and upskilling a growing team, defining close partnerships with the various lines of business at the bank, establishing partnerships with ERP platforms to standardize delivery, standardizing deliver playbooks / experiences and improving team metrics / forecasting capacity.
Responsibilities :
- Own total customer implementation experience, from initial engagement through go-live, warranty, and transition to BAU support, serving as the single accountable leader for client outcomes and project success.
- Provide technical and functional expertise on client projects, partnering with Product, Operations, Technology, and Relationship / Treasury Management teams, and engage directly with clients to translate business needs into integrated solutions.
- Act as technical and functional expert on implementation portfolio to ensure the best client and product fit to deliver exceptional results. Elevate the team to the same standard to provide clients with a white glove implementation experience from a trusted bank consultant to best deliver on their desired outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in delivery processes, including standardizing project templates, enhancing onboarding forms, operationalizing client feedback, and leveraging modern tools (Workfront, SharePoint, Copilot) to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Develop team metrics and capacity forecasting to improve transparency with Treasury Management partners.
- Monitor and report on service level standards, performance, and key KPIs, providing executive-ready visibility into project status, delivery timelines, and client satisfaction metrics.
- Lead, develop, and coach the team, with responsibility for hiring, performance management, training, and professional development to build a high-performing, client-focused implementation organization.
Requirements :
6+ years of related experience in Banking Operations, Deposit Operations or similar field.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.Previous leadership experience required.Intermediate to advanced knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and / or other commercial banking products and services.Intermediate to advanced knowledge of commercial banking ERP platforms and associated technical / functional considerations to support customer implementations.Intermediate to advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.Intermediate to advanced knowledge of technical integration patterns such as APIs and SFTP connections.Intermediate to advanced knowledge and experience with core banking applications such as FIS IBS, FIS D1B, CEB, FIS ACH Tracker, Mobile / RDC, XAA, Deluxe Lockbox, AQ2 Lockbox, Fiserv Pep Plus, Fiserv EPP, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, RTP, FEDLINE.Advanced speaking and writing communication skills.Benefits :
