The Vice Chair of Operations for Women's Service Line is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of the Women's Service Line. This role involves strategic planning, coordination, and management of resources to enhance patient care and optimize service line performance across the health system.

Qualifications :
Education : Medical degree (MD or DO) with board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology
Experience : Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in healthcare operations, with a focus on women's health services and clinical practice in obstetrics and gynecology.
Skills : Strong leadership, strategic planning, and resource management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities that foster an ability to lead through influence as opposed to a control and command style of leadership.
