Join a dedicated team at Roundup Memorial Healthcare in Roundup, MT as an Acute Care & Case Manager! . This role is perfect for a dynamic leader looking to make a significant impact on patient care and operational excellence.
Job Summary :
- 24 / 7 Operational Oversight : Lead and coordinate all clinical activities within the CAHS / ER.
- Personnel Management : Manage clinical personnel selection, orientation / training, development, scheduling, and performance.
- Patient Care Excellence : Ensure top-quality patient / resident care delivery and foster strong physician relationships.
- Quality and Compliance : Oversee quality control, process improvement, regulatory compliance, and fiscal control.
- Comprehensive Case Management : Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to manage patient referrals, transitions of care, and ensure the best possible outcomes.
