Overview

This role is centered on executing, optimizing, and analyzing social media campaigns across various platforms such as Meta, Snap, TikTok, Reddit, and LinkedIn with a strong focus on Meta. The selected candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of social media campaigns, from planning and launching to optimization and reporting, ensuring all campaigns meet specified goals and are delivered on time. Collaboration with Marketing, Media Strategy, Analytics, Operations, and WebDev teams is key to the success of campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and manage social media campaigns ensuring they are launched and optimized within the specified scope.
  • Lead the discovery phase with Marketing and Media Strategy teams to define campaign parameters, and secure necessary ad assets.
  • Collaborate with analytical teams to meet pre-launch campaign measurement requirements.
  • Set, manage expectations for campaign timing and deliverables, ensuring stakeholder deadlines are met.
  • Monitor and optimize ongoing campaign performance across platforms, analyzing data for actionable insights.

Must-Have Skills

  • Proficient in Meta and other social buying platforms.
  • Strong understanding of social media planning and buying workflows.
  • Excellent analytical skills to draw insights from campaign data.

    • Industry Experience

  • Experience working in an agency, media trading desk, or vendor environment focused on social media advertising is required.
  • Working knowledge of Excel for campaign analysis.
  • Educational background in a related field with 5+ years of hands-on social buying experience and 3-5+ years managing Meta campaigns.
