As a Security Officer - Logistics Access Control in Kennesaw, GA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. What You'll Do :

Monitor and control access points to help to deter unauthorized entry into logistics and distribution areas.

Verify the identification and credentials of individuals entering and / or exiting the location.

Provide customer service by communicating site-specific policies and procedures to visitors, drivers, and employees.

Respond to incidents and security-related situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Document and report any suspicious activities or violations of site policies.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter potential issues.

Assist in emergency response activities as directed by site protocols and Allied Universal procedures.

Maintain detailed logs of activities and incidents as required by the client location.

Minimum Requirements :

At least one year of security-related experience is required.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
