Experienced Carpenter
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Carpenter to join our construction team. This role is critical in ensuring the final touches on multi-family and commercial projects meet our high standards of quality and craftsmanship. Responsibilities
Review and complete punch list items assigned by the project manager
Perform finish carpentry tasks : blocking, trim work, door adjustments, hardware installation, cabinetry, and more
Inspect and repair construction deficiencies
Collaborate with other trades to ensure timely project completion
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety protocols and regulations
Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and clients
Essential Skills
5+ years of carpentry experience, preferably in multi-family and commercial projects
Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Capable of working independently and within a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Additional Qualifications
Experience with apartment complexes and tenant improvement (TI) work
Proficiency with hand and power tools
Familiarity with framing and general construction processes

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $30.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
