A company is looking for a Production Support Systems Analyst- Help Desk.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Level 2 production support for Employee Benefits systems, including quoting, underwriting, and billing
Analyze requests to determine severity and coordinate resolution efforts with IT partner teams
Proactively manage a queue of requests, ensuring timely completion aligned with service level agreements (SLAs)
Required Qualifications
BS / BA degree or equivalent work experience
Strong skills with Microsoft product suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams)
Strong SQL knowledge or willingness to learn SQL
Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
High level of productivity, reliability, and proactiveness
