Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Operating Room RN for a day shift position with robotics and orthopedic experience required.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

  • Work in a hospital Operating Room setting
  • Primary procedures include robotics, heavy orthopedic, sports medicine, urology, gynecology, plastics, ENT, ophthalmology, podiatry, spine, and neurosurgery
  • Day shifts are 5x8 hours, 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM
  • Rotating call required : 2–3 days per week and every 4th to 5th weekend
  • Two call teams during weekdays and one call team on weekends covering 24-hour periods
  • Locals are accepted, though at a different pay rate
  • Call must be covered if time off falls on a scheduled call day
  • First-time travelers are welcome to apply

  • Active WI or compact RN license
  • Current BLS certification
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent operating room experience
  • Experience with robotics and a wide range of surgical specialties, including orthopedics, sports medicine, urology, gynecology, plastics, ENT, ophthalmology, podiatry, spine, and neurosurgery
