Weekend Receptionist - First Shift 8am to 4 : 30pm Every Other Weekend (Temporary)

Provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. The receptionist partner will be responsible for answering incoming calls, welcoming guests to the community, directing calls to appropriate associates or take messages as required. This person will need the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with the guests, residents, and potential residents. And may help with other events as needed. In addition, this person will assist with the workload in other departments as needed. Will need the ability to multi-tasks, have general computer skills in Microsoft Office applications, and compassion to exemplify empathy or sympathy towards our residents.
