Regional Sales Representative

As a Regional Sales Representative at EBIN NEW YORK you will be responsible for driving sales in a specified region to achieve and exceed sales targets. Your role is crucial in driving revenue growth and expanding our OTC (Beauty Supply Store) market presence.

Duties & Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the region.

Set clear sales goals and targets for the sales team.

Lead mentor and motivate a team of sales representatives.

Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Monitor sales performance analyze market trends and provide regular reports to senior management.

Provide training guidance and support to ensure the teams success.

Collaborate with other departments to optimize sales processes.

Continuously identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelors degree in Business Business Administration or related field OR comparable record of sales leadership experience preferred.

Proficiency in Korean required.

Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills.
