Overview

We are seeking a US-based Social Media Manager to manage and grow our social media channels. You will focus on creating, curating, and executing engaging content strategies specifically tailored for US audiences, helping us increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute content strategies across Meta (Facebook / Instagram) and TikTok.
  • Plan, create, and publish engaging posts, reels, and campaigns to build a strong online community.
  • Monitor analytics, track KPIs (engagement, reach, conversions), and optimize campaigns for better performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with trends, memes, and platform updates to ensure fresh and relevant content.
  • Collaborate with the global marketing team to align US initiatives with overall brand goals.
  • Manage paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads / TikTok Ads) to maximize ROI.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing and growing Meta & TikTok channels for a brand, startup, or agency.
  • Strong content creation skills (short-form video, reels, TikToks, captions, community engagement).
  • Analytical mindset with experience using social media insights and ad managers.
  • Creative, trend-savvy, and results-oriented.

  • Experience working with creator marketplaces, startups, or video production companies.
  • Graphic design / video editing skills for quick-turn content.
  • Knowledge of influencer marketing & collaborations.
